A unique initiative we have is "Parichay," which translates to "Introduction." This initiative provides students with the opportunity to give a short speech during the assembly, serving as a platform for them to introduce themselves to the student community. This practice serves as a platform for students to express their thoughts and ideas, fostering a culture of open communication. It encourages students to research, organize their thoughts, and present them confidently in front of their peers. Over time, this regular exercise can significantly improve their public speaking skills, boost their self-confidence, and enhance their leadership potential. It creates an environment where every student's voice is heard and valued, promoting a sense of belonging. It also encourages active listening among other students, fostering respect for diverse opinions and perspectives. In essence, this simple everyday event plays a crucial role in shaping well-molded individuals who are not only academically proficient but also confident communicators and future leaders. Parichay is more than just a platform; it’s a space where every voice matters and every talent is recognized. It encourages us to step out of our comfort zones, to explore new horizons, and to express ourselves freely. It’s about making a difference, one talent at a time.
